This is your complete guide to beginner weight lifting. Whether you’ve never been in the gym, have lifted weights here and there, or are just ready to get serious this guide is for you!
I know how overwhelming weight lifting and nutrition can be, especially if you have an added issue like PCOS, Hashimoto’s, insulin resistance etc… So I created this beginner guide that includes tons of information on Calories, Macros, Supplements, PCOS diet advice, recovery, 8 weeks of training, and more!
The training is split into two 4 week phases. The first phase focuses on building your endurance and confidence in the movements. The second phase focuses on building your strength and building muscle!
You can repeat this guide for longer training too!
This is a gym guide so equipment needed will be barbbells, dumbbells, cable machines, cardio equipment etc…
