This is way different than anything you've ever tried. I promise.

The first step in your program is to complete a consultation and skin analysis. The analysis is to determine what type of acne you have, and determine what products you will be using, and the strength of the ingredients. I will be teaching you how to use the products as well and why we are using them. Educating you about acne is a huge part of this so you can stay clear when you graduate the program. In the consultation you will learn that acne is hereditary and that there has to be something triggering it for breakouts to occur. The consultation is used to determine what your specific triggers are. These triggers come in the form of diet, hormones, stress, gut issues, and other internal imbalances. They come in the form of external factors too like pore clogging ingredients in things like makeup, hair care, and laundry detergent. This is where we come up with your unique game plan. The plan includes diet changes that need to be made, lifestyle changes, and possible herbs/supplements that need to be added to balance out any internal imbalances.

During the length of your program you will be following my directions on how to use your Face Reality products. Every two weeks we will have a check in together where I will be slightly changing your regimen by either adding a product or strengthening the active ingredients being used. It’s important to follow the directions exactly as some products won't be used in the beginning, or you might not use them every day. Every product will be used in the program and nothing goes to waste. These two week regimen changes ensure that the skin stays challenged so that is doesn’t plateau (similarly how a muscle will stop growing if you always do the same thing in the gym).

If you decide to complete your program in the clinic I will make the appropriate regimen changes and give you a chemical peel. The chemical peel is used to drive active ingredients deep into the skin to clear acne and allow better penetration of your products at home. If you choose this option your program is shortened to 3 months since you will have added power of chemical peels.

If you decide to complete your program virtually your check ins with me every two weeks will be done through email, phone, and pictures. This program is 4 months long to compensate for the chemical peels. People who choose this option clear just as successfully as those who I see in the clinic.

When you graduate the program you will enter maintenance. In maintenance your regimen is altered to a less aggressive routine, but enough to keep your skin clear. You also have my support in case you do breakout you can reach out to me for us to solve it together. You are never on your own with Kempz.
